سياسة الخصوصية لـ ساس كوم تاريخ السريان: 26/05/2025 توضح هذه السياسة كيفية قيام منصة ساس كوم، وهي منصة تجارة إلكترونية رقمية تابعة لشركة ش ذ م م فالي كوم، بجمع واستخدام وتخزين ومشاركة وحماية البيانات الشخصية والتجارية الخاصة بمستخدميها وزبائنهم. تلتزم ساس كوم بحماية الخصوصية والسرية وأمن البيانات، وفقًا للقوانين المعمول بها مثل اللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات (GDPR) والقوانين الجزائرية ذات الصلة.
1. البيانات التي نجمعها قد تجمع ساس كوم وتعالج الأنواع التالية من البيانات: • هوية النشاط التجاري: الاسم التجاري، رقم السجل التجاري (RC)، الرقم الضريبي (NIF)، رقم التعريف الإحصائي (NIS)، عنوان النشاط • معلومات الاتصال: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني المهني، رقم الهاتف • معلومات الحساب: اسم المستخدم، كلمات المرور المشفرة • البيانات المالية والمعاملات: الفواتير، تفاصيل الدفع، عمليات الشراء • بيانات العملاء (المدخلة من قبل التاجر): الاسم الكامل، عنوان التسليم، سجل الشراء، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني • البيانات التقنية: عنوان IP، نوع المتصفح، معرفات الأجهزة، الموقع الجغرافي (عند الموافقة)، وسجلات الاستخدام • بيانات الاستخدام: عدد مرات الدخول، الصفحات التي تمت زيارتها، الإجراءات المنفذة على المنصة

5. أمان البيانات وحمايتها تُطبق ساس كوم إجراءات أمنية تقنية وتنظيمية لحماية بياناتك، منها: • تشفير TLS/SSL لكافة البيانات أثناء النقل • قواعد بيانات مشفرة وبنية خوادم آمنة • وصول محدود فقط للموظفين المخولين • اختبارات أمان دورية (security audits & penetration tests) • مراقبة فورية لاكتشاف التهديدات • نظام نسخ احتياطي واسترجاع في حالات الطوارئ
